महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-148, verse-16

सोऽहं दुःखार्णवे मग्नो महत्यसुतरे भृशम् ।
सहैवैतैर्गमिष्यामि बान्धवैरद्य राक्षसम् ।
ततो नः सहितन्क्षुद्रः सर्वानेवोपभोक्ष्यति ॥१६॥
16. so'haṁ duḥkhārṇave magno mahatyasutare bhṛśam ,
sahaivaitairgamiṣyāmi bāndhavairadya rākṣasam ,
tato naḥ sahitankṣudraḥ sarvānevopabhokṣyati.
16. saḥ aham duḥkhārṇave magnaḥ mahati
asutare bhṛśam saha eva etaiḥ gamiṣyāmi
bāndhavaiḥ adya rākṣasam tataḥ naḥ
sahitan kṣudraḥ sarvān eva upabhokṣyati
16. Thus, I am deeply immersed in a vast and unfathomable ocean of sorrow. Today, I will go with these kinsmen to the demon (rakṣasa). Then, that vile creature will devour all of us together.
