पञ्चमात् परतो मासात् या स्त्री भ्रूणं प्रपातयेत् ।
तत्प्रयोक्तुश्च तस्याश्च पातकं स्याद्बधोद्भवम् ॥७०॥

70. If a woman causes a foetus to be aborted after the fifth month, both she and the one who instigated it incur the sin of murder.
