प्रमाणे यद्यशक्तः स्यात् दयितोपपतेः पतिः ।
त्यक्त्वा तां पोषयेद् ग्रासैस्तिष्ठेच्चेत् पतिशासने ॥५२॥

52. If the husband is unable to establish proof regarding his wife and her paramour, he should abandon her and maintain her with just enough food for survival, provided she abides by her husband's command.
