बलात्कारेण यो गच्चेदपि चाण्डालयोषितम् ।
वधस्तस्य विधातव्यो न क्षन्तव्यः कदापि सः ॥४५॥

45. balātkāreṇa yo gaccedapi cāṇḍālayoṣitam ,
vadhastasya vidhātavyo na kṣantavyaḥ kadāpi saḥ.

yaḥ api balātkāreṇa cāṇḍāla-yoṣitam gacchet,
tasya vadhaḥ vidhātavyaḥ,

45. Whoever forces himself upon even a caṇḍāla woman, his execution must be carried out, and he must never be forgiven.
