महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-11, verse-43

गच्चतां वारनारीषु गवादिपशुयोनिषु ।
शुद्धिर्भवति देवेशि त्रिरात्रं कणभोजनात् ॥४३॥
43. gaccatāṁ vāranārīṣu gavādipaśuyoniṣu ,
śuddhirbhavati deveśi trirātraṁ kaṇabhojanāt.
43. gacchatām vāra-nārīṣu go-ādi-paśu-yoniṣu śuddhiḥ
bhavati deva-īśi tri-rātram kaṇa-bhojanāt
43. devīśi vāra-nārīṣu go-ādi-paśu-yoniṣu gacchatām
tri-rātram kaṇa-bhojanāt śuddhiḥ bhavati
43. O goddess, purification for those who have relations with courtesans, cows, and other animal species occurs by eating only grain-grains for three nights.
