योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-176, verse-21

परमाणोः परमाणोरिति सन्ति तनूदरे ।
अतनूनि जगन्त्युच्चैर्धनानीव च तान्यपि ॥ २१ ॥
