महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-25, verse-7

कर्ण उवाच ।
ईशानस्य यथा ब्रह्मा यथा पार्थस्य केशवः ।
तथा नित्यं हिते युक्तो मद्रराज भजस्व नः ॥७॥
7. karṇa uvāca ,
īśānasya yathā brahmā yathā pārthasya keśavaḥ ,
tathā nityaṁ hite yukto madrarāja bhajasva naḥ.

keśavaḥ tathā nityam hite yuktaḥ madrarāja bhajasva naḥ
7. karṇaḥ uvāca: madrarāja,
yathā īśānasya brahmā,
yathā pārthasya keśavaḥ,
tathā nityam hi te yuktaḥ naḥ bhajasva.
7. Karna said: 'Just as Brahma serves Īśāna, and just as Keśava (Krishna) serves Pārtha (Arjuna), so too, O King of Madras, you should always be engaged in our welfare and serve us.'
