O Sanjaya, two kinds of individuals are condemned: first, the deficient person who, when their intrinsic nature (prakṛti) is lost, performs actions and desires their outcome; and second, the one who, though abiding in their intrinsic nature (prakṛti), behaves improperly during an emergency.
