तथा धर्मो धारयन्धर्मरूपं विद्वांसस्तं संप्रपश्यन्ति बुद्ध्या ॥२॥

Where unrighteousness (adharma) assumes the forms of natural law (dharma), and true natural law (dharma) is entirely perceived as unrighteousness (adharma); there, the wise, with their intellect, thoroughly perceive that natural law (dharma) which upholds its genuine form.
