दुर्गा-सप्तशती       durgā-saptaśatī - chapter-7, verse-8

सा वेगेनाभिपतिता घतयन्ती महासुरान् ।
सैन्ये तत्र सुरारीणामभक्षयत तद्वलम् ॥८॥
8. sā vegenābhipatitā ghatayantī mahāsurān .
sainye tatra surārīṇāmabhakṣayata tadvalam.

8. She rushed upon them with great speed, killing the mighty asuras. There, in the army of the enemies of the gods, she devoured their entire force.
