Just as the body and its attributes are (mistakenly attributed to or perceived by) the mind (citta), and similarly the mind (citta) is (mistakenly attributed to or perceived by) the body; in the same manner, the individual soul (jīva) exists in the supreme state (pada). From where, then, can there be duality (dvaita)?
