वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-101, verse-35

न परः पापमादत्ते परेषां पापकर्मणाम् ।
समयो रक्षितव्यस्तु सन्तश्चारित्रभूषणाः ॥३५॥
35. na paraḥ pāpamādatte pareṣāṃ pāpakarmaṇām ,
samayo rakṣitavyastu santaścāritrabhūṣaṇāḥ.
