बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-10, verse-5

शुक्लपक्षे क्षपाजन्म लग्ने सौम्यनिरीक्षिते ।
विपरीतं कृष्णपक्षे तथारिष्टविनाशनं ॥५॥

5. If there is a night birth in the bright fortnight, with the ascendant aspected by benefics, it causes the destruction of misfortune. Similarly, the opposite condition in the dark fortnight (i.e., a day birth in the dark fortnight, with the ascendant aspected by benefics) also leads to the destruction of misfortune.
