महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-344, verse-9

ततः प्रभातसमये सोऽतिथिस्तेन पूजितः ।
ब्राह्मणेन यथाशक्त्या स्वकार्यमभिकाङ्क्षता ॥९॥
9. tataḥ prabhātasamaye so'tithistena pūjitaḥ ,
brāhmaṇena yathāśaktyā svakāryamabhikāṅkṣatā.

brāhmaṇena yathāśaktyā svakāryam abhikāṅkṣatā
9. Then, at dawn, that guest was honored by the brahmin, who, desiring his own purpose, treated him with respect to the best of his ability.
