महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-190, verse-9

दुर्बुद्धिरकृतप्रज्ञश्चले मनसि तिष्ठति ।
चलामेव गतिं याति निरयं वाधिगच्छति ॥९॥
9. durbuddhirakṛtaprajñaścale manasi tiṣṭhati ,
calāmeva gatiṁ yāti nirayaṁ vādhigacchati.

calām eva gatim yāti nirayam vā adhigacchati
