महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-183, verse-7

तमब्रवीद्वासुदेवः प्रहस्य गूढोऽप्यग्निर्ज्ञायत एव राजन् ।
तं विक्रमं पाण्डवेयानतीत्य कोऽन्यः कर्ता विद्यते मानुषेषु ॥७॥
7. tamabravīdvāsudevaḥ prahasya; gūḍho'pyagnirjñāyata eva rājan ,
taṁ vikramaṁ pāṇḍaveyānatītya; ko'nyaḥ kartā vidyate mānuṣeṣu.
7. taṃ abravīt vāsudevaḥ prahasya
gūḍhaḥ api agniḥ jñāyate eva rājan
taṃ vikramaṃ pāṇḍaveyān atītya
kaḥ anyaḥ kartā vidyate mānuṣeṣu
7. Vāsudeva, laughing, said to him: "O King, even a hidden fire is indeed recognized. Who among men, besides the Pāṇḍavas, possesses such prowess (vikrama)?"
