वामे प्राणे प्रबुध्यन्ते नमोऽन्ताः स्युर्नपुंसकाः ।
नाडीद्वयगते प्राणे सर्वे बोधं प्रयान्ति च ॥४१॥

vāme prāṇe prabudhyante namaḥ antāḥ napuṃsakāḥ syuḥ,
