बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-95, verse-3

सूतकान्तेऽथ वा शुद्धे समये च शुभे दिने ।
आचार्यमृत्विजो वृत्वा ग्रहयज्ञपुरस्सरम् ॥३॥

3. At the end of the post-natal impurity period (sūtaka), or on an otherwise pure and auspicious time and day, having appointed the preceptor (ācārya) and other priests (ṛtvij), one should perform the ritual commencing with a planetary sacrifice (graha-yajña).
