महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-11, verse-13

एवं हि मत्स्ये न्यवसन्त पाण्डवा यथाप्रतिज्ञाभिरमोघदर्शनाः ।
अज्ञातचर्यां व्यचरन्समाहिताः समुद्रनेमीपतयोऽतिदुःखिताः ॥१३॥
13. evaṁ hi matsye nyavasanta pāṇḍavā; yathāpratijñābhiramoghadarśanāḥ ,
ajñātacaryāṁ vyacaransamāhitāḥ; samudranemīpatayo'tiduḥkhitāḥ.

13. Thus, the Pāṇḍavas, whose sight was unfailing and whose vows were firm, resided in the Matsya kingdom. Though they were lords of the sea-girt earth, they diligently observed their period of incognito living, enduring great sorrow.
