महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-5, verse-126

अङ्गुष्ठाभ्यां तर्जनीभ्यां मध्यमाभ्यां तथैव च ।
अनामाभ्यां कनिष्ठाभ्यां करयोस्तलपृष्ठयोः ।
नमःस्वाहावषट् हूञ्च वौषट् फट् क्रमशः सुधीः ॥१२६॥
126. aṅguṣṭhābhyāṁ tarjanībhyāṁ madhyamābhyāṁ tathaiva ca ,
anāmābhyāṁ kaniṣṭhābhyāṁ karayostalapṛṣṭhayoḥ ,
namaḥsvāhāvaṣaṭ hūñca vauṣaṭ phaṭ kramaśaḥ sudhīḥ.
126. aṅguṣṭhābhyāṃ tarjanībhhyāṃ madhyamābhyāṃ
tathā eva ca anāmābhyāṃ kaniṣṭhābhyāṃ
karayoḥ tala-pṛṣṭhayoḥ namaḥ svāhā
vaṣaṭ hūṃ ca vauṣaṭ phaṭ kramaśaḥ sudhīḥ
126. sudhīḥ kramaśaḥ aṅguṣṭhābhyāṃ tarjanībhhyāṃ
madhyamābhyāṃ tathā eva ca anāmābhyāṃ
kaniṣṭhābhyāṃ karayoḥ tala-pṛṣṭhayoḥ
namaḥ svāhā vaṣaṭ hūṃ ca vauṣaṭ phaṭ
126. With the thumb, the index finger, the middle finger, as well as the ring finger, the little finger, and the palms and backs of the hands, the intelligent practitioner performs (the nyāsa) successively with namaḥ, svāhā, vaṣaṭ, hūṃ, vauṣaṭ, and phaṭ.
