महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-5, verse-101

नाभौ रं रक्तवर्णञ्च ध्यात्वा तज्जातवह्निना ।
चतुःषष्ट्या कुम्भकेन दहेत् पापरतान्तनूम् ॥१०१॥
101. nābhau raṁ raktavarṇañca dhyātvā tajjātavahninā ,
catuḥṣaṣṭyā kumbhakena dahet pāparatāntanūm.

101. Having meditated on the red-colored syllable raṃ in the navel, he should burn his sin-bound body with the fire born from it, through sixty-four retentions of breath (kumbhaka).
