bahubhiḥ karmabhiḥ ca kim? mānavaḥ kaulika-arcanāt sarva-siddhim avāpnoti.

95. What is the use of many rituals, and what is the use of many actions? Through the worship of the Kaulas, a person attains all spiritual accomplishments.
