वारुणप्रोक्षितेष्वेषु पात्राण्यासाद्य साधकः ।
तेन क्षालितपात्रेषु सर्वोपकरणैः सह ।
पानार्थपाथसान्नानि क्रमेण परिवेशयेत् ॥४०॥

40. vāruṇaprokṣiteṣveṣu pātrāṇyāsādya sādhakaḥ ,
tena kṣālitapātreṣu sarvopakaraṇaiḥ saha ,
pānārthapāthasānnāni krameṇa pariveśayet.

40. Having placed the vessels upon these ones sprinkled with water invoking Varuṇa, the practitioner should serve in order, together with all the accessories, the drinking water and the food in those vessels washed by him.
