कुलार्णव-तन्त्रम्       kulārṇava-tantram - chapter-16, verse-80

लिखेत्त्रिकोणं षट्कोणं अष्टारञ्च महीपुरम् ।
मूलमन्त्रं लिखेन्मध्ये साध्यनामसमन्वितम् ॥८०॥
80. likhettrikoṇaṁ ṣaṭkoṇaṁ aṣṭārañca mahīpuram ,
mūlamantraṁ likhenmadhye sādhyanāmasamanvitam.

80. One should draw a triangle, a hexagon, an octagon, and also a square city (mahīpura), and in the center, one should write the principal mantra combined with the name of the person to be subdued.
