द्वादशाधारपद्मेषु द्वादशस्वरसंयुतम् ।
बीजं सञ्चिन्तयेद् यस्तु स भवेदजरामरः ॥६९॥

bījaṁ sañcintayed yastu sa bhavedajarāmaraḥ.

yaḥ tu dvādaśādhārapadmeṣu dvādaśasvarasaṃyutam bījaṃ sañcintayet,
saḥ ajarāmaraḥ bhavet

69. Whoever meditates upon the seed-mantra combined with the twelve vowels within the twelve foundational lotuses becomes free from old age and death.
