व्यामिश्रेणैव वाक्येन बुद्धिं मोहयसीव मे ।
तदेकं वद निश्चित्य येन श्रेयोऽहमाप्नुयाम् ॥२॥

2. vyāmiśreṇaiva vākyena buddhiṁ mohayasīva me ,
tadekaṁ vada niścitya yena śreyo'hamāpnuyām.

vyāmiśreṇa eva vākyena me buddhim iva mohayasi tat ekaṁ niścitya vada,

Indeed, with perplexing words, you seem to bewilder my intellect (buddhi). Therefore, tell me definitively just one thing, by which I may attain the ultimate good (śreyas).
