योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-73, verse-7

स्थिरबुद्धिरसंमूढो यथाप्राप्तानुवर्तिनः ।
राज्ञो भगीरथस्येव दुःसाध्यमपि सिद्ध्यति ॥ ७ ॥
sthirabuddhirasaṃmūḍho yathāprāptānuvartinaḥ ,
rājño bhagīrathasyeva duḥsādhyamapi siddhyati 7

7. For one with a steady intellect, who is undeluded, and who acts in accordance with what naturally presents itself, even what is difficult to accomplish (duḥsādhya) is achieved, just as it was for King Bhagiratha.
