योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-73, verse-2

उपशान्तमना भूत्वा मत्वैकान्तमनिन्दितम् ।
बभूवाविचलध्यानी विस्मृत्य विषमां क्षुधाम् ॥ २ ॥
upaśāntamanā bhūtvā matvaikāntamaninditam ,
babhūvāvicaladhyānī vismṛtya viṣamāṃ kṣudhām 2
