योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-113, verse-19

न जायते न म्रियते क्वचित्किंचित्कदाचन ।
जगद्विवर्तरूपेण केवलं ब्रह्म जृम्भते ॥ १९ ॥
na jāyate na mriyate kvacitkiṃcitkadācana ,
jagadvivartarūpeṇa kevalaṃ brahma jṛmbhate 19
19. na jāyate na mriyate kvacit kiṃcit kadācana | jagat
vivarta-rūpeṇa kevalam brahma jṛmbhate || 19 ||
19. kvacit kadācana kiṃcit na jāyate,
na mriyate.

19. Nothing is ever born or dies anywhere, at any time. Only Brahman expands in the form of the world's manifestation (vivarta).
