This cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) arises solely from the mind (citta), indeed it consists entirely of the mind (citta), and it is known to be situated only in the mind (citta). All objects, like a mirage, completely subsided. It is known that only residual impressions (vāsanā) exist, and that the knower (jña) alone truly is.
