बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-86, verse-7

समिधश्च चरुं विद्वान् क्रमेण जुहुयात् व्रती ।
भक्त्या सवितृमन्त्रेण सोमो धेनुश्च मन्त्रतः ॥७॥
7. samidhaśca caruṃ vidvān krameṇa juhuyāt vratī .
bhaktyā savitṛmantreṇa somo dhenuśca mantrataḥ.

bhaktyā savitṛmantreṇa somaḥ dhenuḥ ca mantrataḥ
7. The wise observer of a vow (vrati) should, in proper order, offer fire sticks (samidh) and cooked oblation (caru) (into the fire). This should be done with devotion (bhakti), using the Savitṛ `mantra` (for Savitā), and also (for) Soma and the cow, by means of (appropriate) `mantra`s.
