बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-86, verse-5

दर्शस्य देवयोश्चाऽथ चन्द्रभास्करयोः क्रमात् ।
प्रतिमां स्वर्णजां नित्यं राजतीं ताम्रजां तथा ॥५॥
5. darśasya devayoścā'tha candrabhāskarayoḥ kramāt .
pratimāṃ svarṇajāṃ nityaṃ rājatīṃ tāmrajāṃ tathā.
5. darśasya devayoḥ ca atha candrabhāskarayoḥ kramāt
pratimām svarṇajām nityam rājatīm tāmrajām tathā
5. Then, for the two deities of the new moon day (darśa) – the Moon and the Sun – one should prepare images made of gold (as the primary one), and similarly, in sequential order, images made of silver and copper.
