महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-41, verse-4

कौरवान्द्रवतो ह्येष कर्णो धारयतेऽर्जुन ।
अन्तकप्रतिमो वेगे शक्रतुल्यपराक्रमः ॥४॥
4. kauravāndravato hyeṣa karṇo dhārayate'rjuna ,
antakapratimo vege śakratulyaparākramaḥ.

arjuna antakapratimaḥ vege śakratulyaparākramaḥ

4. Indeed, O Arjuna, this Karṇa, who is like Yama in speed and equal to Indra in valor, is holding back the Kauravas who are fleeing.
