Indeed, the assembled Kauravas beheld him—the great-souled (mahātman), the slayer of enemies, the most excellent one—uttering benevolent words. This best of the Vṛṣṇis (Kṛṣṇa) was bewildering my (Dhṛtarāṣṭra's) men.
