महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-15, chapter-21, verse-4

ततः स्त्रियः कौरवपाण्डवानां याश्चाप्यन्याः कौरवराजवंश्याः ।
तासां नादः प्रादुरासीत्तदानीं वैचित्रवीर्ये नृपतौ प्रयाते ॥४॥
4. tataḥ striyaḥ kauravapāṇḍavānāṁ; yāścāpyanyāḥ kauravarājavaṁśyāḥ ,
tāsāṁ nādaḥ prādurāsīttadānīṁ; vaicitravīrye nṛpatau prayāte.

yāḥ ca api anyāḥ kauravarājavaṃśyāḥ
tāsām nādaḥ prādurāsīt tadānīm

4. tataḥ tadānīm vaicitravīrye nṛpatau prayāte,
kauravapāṇḍavānām striyaḥ ca yāḥ api anyāḥ kauravarājavaṃśyāḥ,
tāsām nādaḥ prādurāsīt
4. Then, a wailing sound arose from the women of the Kauravas and Pandavas, and from other women of the Kaurava royal lineage, at that time, as King (Dhṛtarāṣṭra), son of Vichitravīrya, departed.
