महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-32, verse-15

न चैतदिष्टं कौन्तेय यदन्येन फलं कृतम् ।
प्राप्नुयादिति तस्माच्च ईश्वरे तन्निवेशय ॥१५॥

15. na caitadiṣṭaṁ kaunteya yadanyena phalaṁ kṛtam ,
prāpnuyāditi tasmācca īśvare tanniveśaya.

kṛtam prāpnuyāt iti tasmāt ca īśvare tat niveśaya

15. O Kaunteya, it is not proper that one should receive the result of an action done by another, and therefore, you should entrust that to God.
