ततो विशेषार्घ्य जलैस्त्रिधा मूलं समुच्चरन् ।
प्रोक्षयेद्देवशुद्ध्यर्थं षडङ्गैः सकलीकृतिः ।
ततः सम्पूजयेद्देवीं षोडशैरुपचारकैः ॥७७॥

77. tato viśeṣārghya jalaistridhā mūlaṁ samuccaran ,

77. Then, reciting the root mantra three times with special arghya water, one should sprinkle for the purification of the deity, performing the six-limbed ritual integration. After that, he should worship the goddess with the sixteen offerings.
