महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-152

आज्यं गृहीत्वा मतिमान् दक्षनेत्रे हुताशितुः ।
मन्त्रेणानेन जुहुयात् प्रणवान्तेऽग्नये पदम् ॥१५२॥
152. ājyaṁ gṛhītvā matimān dakṣanetre hutāśituḥ ,
mantreṇānena juhuyāt praṇavānte'gnaye padam.
