वामे ध्यायेदिडां नाडीं दक्षिणे पिङ्गलां तथा ।
मध्ये सुषुम्नां सञ्चिन्त्य दक्षभागात् समाहितः ॥१५१॥

151. Composed and focused, he should meditate on the Iḍā channel on the left, the Piṅgalā on the right, and having reflected upon the Suṣumnā in the middle from the right side.
