प्रणवं च ततो वह्नेर्योगपीठाय हृन्मनुः ।
यन्त्रे पीठं पूजयित्वा दिक्षु चैताः प्रपूजयेत् ।
वामा ज्येष्ठा तथा रौद्री अम्बिकेति यथाक्रमात् ॥१३३॥

133. praṇavaṁ ca tato vahneryogapīṭhāya hṛnmanuḥ ,
yantre pīṭhaṁ pūjayitvā dikṣu caitāḥ prapūjayet ,
vāmā jyeṣṭhā tathā raudrī ambiketi yathākramāt.

133. Then, with praṇava and the heart mantra for the fire seat, after worshipping the seat in the yantra, one should worship these [deities] in the directions in their respective order: Vāmā, Jyeṣṭhā, Raudrī, and Ambikā.
