महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-107

सुलक्षणं पशुं देव्या अग्रे संस्थाप्य मन्त्रवित् ।
अर्घ्योदकेन सम्प्रोक्ष्य धेनुमुद्रामृतीकृतम् ॥१०७॥
107. sulakṣaṇaṁ paśuṁ devyā agre saṁsthāpya mantravit ,
arghyodakena samprokṣya dhenumudrāmṛtīkṛtam.
107. su-lakṣaṇaṃ paśum devyā agre saṃsthāpya mantra-vit
arghya-udakena samprokṣya dhenu-mudrām amṛta-īkṛtam
107. mantra-vit su-lakṣaṇaṃ paśum devyā agre saṃsthāpya
arghya-udakena samprokṣya dhenu-mudrām amṛta-īkṛtam (kṛtvā)
107. Having placed an auspicious animal in front of the goddess, the knower of mantras should sprinkle it with water from the arghya vessel, making it immortal with the dhenu mudrā.
