महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-5, verse-93

स्वाङ्के निधाय च करावुत्तानौ साधकोत्तमः ।
मनो निवेश्य मूले च हुङ्कारेणैव कुण्डलीम् ॥९३॥
93. svāṅke nidhāya ca karāvuttānau sādhakottamaḥ ,
mano niveśya mūle ca huṅkāreṇaiva kuṇḍalīm.

manaḥ niveśya mūle ca huṅkāreṇa eva kuṇḍalim
93. sādhakottamaḥ karau uttānau svāṅke nidhāya ca
manaḥ mūle niveśya huṅkāreṇa eva kuṇḍalim (niveśya)
93. Placing both his hands upwards upon his own lap, the excellent practitioner should fix his mind upon the root and awaken Kuṇḍalinī solely with the huṃ-kara.
