महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-5, verse-51

वीक्ष्य तेजोमयं ध्यात्वा चेडयाऽकृष्य साधकः ।
देहान्तःकलुषं तेन रेचयेत् पिङ्गलाख्यया ॥५१॥
51. vīkṣya tejomayaṁ dhyātvā ceḍayā'kṛṣya sādhakaḥ ,
dehāntaḥkaluṣaṁ tena recayet piṅgalākhyayā.

51. Visualizing the water as filled with light and meditating upon it, drawing it in through the iḍā channel, the practitioner should expel the impurities from within his body through the channel known as piṅgalā.
