महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-5, verse-118

जठराननयोर्न्यस्येन्मातृकार्णान् यथाक्रमम् ।
इत्थं लिपिं प्रविन्यस्य प्राणायामं समाचरेत् ॥११८॥
118. jaṭharānanayornyasyenmātṛkārṇān yathākramam ,
itthaṁ lipiṁ pravinyasya prāṇāyāmaṁ samācaret.

ittham lipim pravinyasya prāṇāyāmam samācaret
118. jaṭharānanayoḥ mātṛkārṇān yathākramam nyasya

118. Having placed the mātṛkā letters successively upon the belly and the face, and having thus meticulously arranged the letters, one should perform prāṇāyāma.
