पूर्णाभिषेकात् कौलः स्यात् चक्राधीशः कुलार्चकः ॥११२॥

pūrṇābhiṣekāt kaulaḥ cakrādhīśaḥ kulārcakaḥ syāt
112. Merely through the consumption of alcohol, a person does not become a Kaula without the consecration. Through the full consecration, however, a Kaula becomes a ruler of the circle and a worshipper of the lineage.
