इत्यादिलक्षणोपेतः कौलिको नियतव्रतः ।
यस्त्वां समर्चयेद्देवि भुक्तिमुक्त्योः स भाजनम् ॥११॥

11. O goddess, endowed with such characteristics, self-controlled in his vows, and belonging to the Kaula tradition, whoever worships you becomes a vessel for both worldly enjoyment and liberation.
