भगवद्गीता       bhagavad-gītā - chapter-40, verse-21

असच्च सच्चैव च यद्विश्वं सदसतः परम् ।
परावराणां स्रष्टारं पुराणं परमव्ययम् ॥२१॥
21. asacca saccaiva ca yadviśvaṁ sadasataḥ param ,
parāvarāṇāṁ sraṣṭāraṁ purāṇaṁ paramavyayam.
21. asat ca sat ca eva ca yat viśvam sadasataḥ
param parāvarāṇām sraṣṭāram purāṇam paramavyayam
21. (I praise/describe Him) who is both the existent and the non-existent, who is the universe itself, yet is beyond both the existent and the non-existent; the creator of the high and the low, the ancient one, the supremely imperishable.
