वैशंपायन उवाच ।
उत्तरस्त्वरमाणोऽथ दूतानाज्ञापयत्ततः ।

11. Vaiśampāyana said: Then Uttara, in a hurry, commanded the messengers, "Announce my victory, exactly as per Arjuna's instructions."
