महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-25, verse-12

आश्रमे वा वने वा यो ग्रामे वा यदि वा पुरे ।
अग्निं समुत्सृजेन्मोहात्तं विद्याद्ब्रह्मघातिनम् ॥१२॥
12. āśrame vā vane vā yo grāme vā yadi vā pure ,
agniṁ samutsṛjenmohāttaṁ vidyādbrahmaghātinam.

agniṃ samutsṛjet mohāt taṃ vidyāt brahmaghātinam
12. yaḥ āśrame vā vane vā grāme vā yadi vā pure mohāt agniṃ samutsṛjet,

12. Whoever, whether in a hermitage (āśrama), forest, village, or city, abandons a fire due to delusion (moha), one should consider him as one who commits the grave sin of brahminicide (brahmahātin).
