महानिर्वाण-तन्त्रम्       mahānirvāṇa-tantram - chapter-6, verse-94

कलशं विनिवेद्याथ पुनराचमनीयकम् ।
ततः श्रीपात्रसंस्थेनामृतेन तर्पयेत् त्रिधा ॥९४॥
94. kalaśaṁ vinivedyātha punarācamanīyakam ,
tataḥ śrīpātrasaṁsthenāmṛtena tarpayet tridhā.
